SUSTAINABILITY
The incorporation of sustainability concepts into projects seeks a balanced relationship between the enterprise and the environment.
The methodological procedures proposed in the projects, among the initial activities planned, is the definition of the scope of intervention during the initial studies.
With the objective of providing a conceptual basis and defining the criteria to be used to minimize impacts, based on natural environmental attributes or those incorporated over time, including the presence of communities and third-party enterprises, contributing to mitigating adverse effects, or those with high transformative potential.
Among the main environmental attributes inherent to the projects developed is the optimization of water resources and the reuse of rainwater and industrial processes.
STEPS AND PROCESSES
PHASE 1 - TECHNICAL FEASIBILITY STUDIES AND BUSINESS ANALYSIS – FEL 1
This stage aims to identify, develop and evaluate the investment opportunity through the analysis of the main elements that support the Business Case, in addition to determining the main tactical elements and possible options available for the business, which should be forwarded to the other studies.
Even though this is a phase that is usually carried out by the client, Eoliver is willing to act effectively to help in decision-making for the advancement of technical studies. This approach has brought important results in the work developed.
PHASE 2 - PREPARATION OF ALTERNATIVES AND CONCEPTUAL DESIGN – FEL 2
This stage is aimed at developing the alternatives identified in FEL 1, with the aim of selecting the one that supports the Business Case and maximizes value for the enterprise.
This is the phase that presents the greatest potential to add value to the identified opportunity, and represents the phase of incorporating all of Eoliver's technical experience to propose alternatives and define the best option in relation to the indicators desired by customers, such as deadline, cost, operability, sustainability and safety.
Eoliver is aligned with the needs of our clients and participates in defining the scope of the project, including all aspects and needs involved, such as: process, processing facilities, infrastructure, logistics solutions, access, utilities, energy supply, Material Handling, among others.
PHASE 3 - BASIC DESIGN – FEL 3
In this phase, the scope defined in FEL 2 is detailed as basic engineering with the objective of reassessing the main elements that support the Business Case, planning the execution phase of the project in compliance with the project and business objectives.
In addition to preparing the project, Eoliver participates in the execution planning, aiming to confirm the viability of meeting deadline and cost objectives, defining contracting packages, defining deadlines that must be met by contractors and suppliers, to determine the workforce that will be necessary for execution, among other important items.
Work developed at this stage can be prepared for turnkey contracting.
This strategy brings great opportunities, providing a reduction in the implementation schedule and reducing investment costs in projects.
PHASE 4 - DETAILED DESIGN – FEL 4
As the project was defined in phase FEL 3 and the detailing involving all relevant disciplines began, Eoliver has partners with a high technical level and extensive experience in detailed projects that provide adherence to the basic project, minimizing rework.
